Stage Two

Structure
Next step is to cut plenty of 8" x 3/4"square timber and space them to suite where you want windows and doors make sure that they are upright and square. Before gluing to place mark where all support beams are located and drill a small location hole in the middle down through the MDF then glue them all into place and allow to dry, Make sure that an upright is placed on every single intersection.
Next step is to place a beam 3/4" square right across to front of the structure as seen in fig 2 below, so the two middle support beams have to be reduced by 3/4" in height to allow the beam to sit comfortably on the uprights.
Next cut and fit to suit 1 3/4" x 1/4 strip wood making sure that the exterior ones fit against the inside edge of the uprights see fig 3 below. The two centre ones going front to back sit on the centre of each upright glue and pin into place and allow to dry.
Once the structure is fully dry turn the whole thing upside down locating the hole in the centre of each upright and screw into position, this will lock the structure tightly into place.
