Stage 2


Forming the Ground Floor

Using 3/4"sq timber shown in fig 1, cut enough lengths for the ground floor. . . in my case it was 29.  Now this is the quite difficult bit, stand the cut timber on end
as shown in fig.2.  Then follow on around all corners of the template and infill making sure you choose your dimensions according to where you want your windows to be.  Then cut a length of 3/4"sq timber to bridge the beams on the front two uprights on the left side, as shown in fig.3.

I then created a double doorway on both sides of the central hallway one shown in Fig 4.  I made lights to suit on all four pillar's of the doorframes and wired them out through the top ready to exit to the rear of the house later.
