Doors & Windows

Install doors and windows to suite, both doors and windows are constructed from 1/4" square strip wood.  The window sills are created by using 1 1/4" x 1/2" timber cutting out a slot at each end a 1/4" deep to allow it to push back into the recess under the widow thus creating a 1/2" window sill.

To hang the doors, cut to size then round off the back edge of the door that will go against the frame side and drill a very small hole in the top left or right corner depending on which side you are doing first, at the top and bottom.  Drill a very small hole in the top and bottom frame to correspond with the hole in the doors, this will allow a small pin to be tapped into the frame and the door to hang it.
